I want to increase strength and muscle tone, while also keeping a good run time. I want my arms to be 18in., my chest to be 50in. I want a wider back via larger lats. I also wish to get my full 8 pack back, for a strong core is one of the most important things to have. My legs could be larger but only to look good with the rest of my body, as well as larger more rounded shoulders, keeping everything balanced.
Ive tried quite a few different workouts since I've started, as of now I am doing the following:
One body part per day except arms, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Biceps/Triceps. I have no set day these are done because the schedule I'm on doesn't always permit me to work out on that...
progress in just a few months is awesome. Added mass and great definition. Totally ripped upper body. Broad shoulders, big arms and forearms, thick chest and solid lats to slim waist and great abs. Congrats on great job. Andre
