I've decided that im no longer going to be a slave to the scale as im sick of getting on and seeing my weight fluctuating constantly. Was down 2.8 pounds last week and 2.4 up this week :( its getting really annoying so im gonna go by measurements and weigh myself every 2 -4 weeks. I have made huge progress in my weight training, have nearly doubled the amount of weight im lifting to what I started on a few months ago.
