How I Started:
Was anorexic in my late teens and lost all my muscle tissue. Only one way to get it back! Weights baby. Suffered for 10 years with multiple health conditions. Thyroiditis, chronic fatigue syndrome, leaky gut, adrenal exhaustion, and depression are just a few.

For 10 years I have worked out regularly and saw very little results due to ailments of my digestive tract and immune system, namely intestinal candida, bacterial overgrowth, leaky gut syndrome and various autoimmune diseases. My body has a hard time absorbing protein and other nutrients, so obviously I have a hard time gaining muscle even though I work out regularly and keep a clean diet. It's very frustrating. I am starting to get a handle on my situation and am integrating the needed supplements to keep my intestinal tract in order. As for goals, I'd like to keep on gaining muscle and losing bodyfat, gain more definition and possibly enter a bikini/figure competition in the future. Even if I don't place, it would be a wonderful experience to just enter and present myself on the stage.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.

I read your body blog. Though your dream has eneded think of it this way. You have been working out for ten years, you have a great looking body that thousands of women would die for and hot to the eyes of many man including this one. Maybe that was Gods plan all along, he knows your aliments and gave you this intense drive to workout and have a great body, if nothing else, for your own health.
