Been on and off since highschool, I plan to dedicate myself to it this year and really focus on it, its kind of all I have left at the moment.
Why I Love It:
I feel good physically and mentally, I carry a better attitude and self esteem. Just an all around feel better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding.com of course, and seeing guys that are bigger than me, I look up to them.

I dropped from 135 to 115 due to trying the whole vegetarian thing lol. I felt super energized all the time, but not a good look for me lol. I wanted to bulk up. No one wants a scrawny man, lol
still trying to get more mass! weight currently at 174, almost at my goal!!!!!
I want to be about 180 to 200lbs. I've always wanted a nice body that I've worked for that shows my dedication and commitment. I don't really have low self esteem, but it would definetely be a booster. I really want to be healthy and eat healthy cause I've seen too many people trash their bodies and we only have one. I want to take care of it and be able to use it to the best of my abilities.
Ok so i finally joined a gym on sept 12, 2007. Working out at home was fun but i was extremely limited to what i could do with the equipment i had. I found it impossible to lift for just 45 mins. These last two days at the gym i have been there 2 hours each day, doing cardio for 30 then lifting...
I used to use a Canon Rebel but I just got a Pentax K200D. I have 3 film slrs from pentax and I think their quality is just amazing. So i checked out your website and i have to say I am mighty impressed. I would love to know more about your work. Also good work on the body man. I can tell you are defiantly coming along.

I'm sorry to hear that; it must be hard for you, man. I hope things get better for you and your family real soon. Don't get too discouraged.
