I dropped from 135 to 115 due to trying the whole vegetarian thing lol. I felt super energized all the time, but not a good look for me lol. I wanted to bulk up. No one wants a scrawny man, lol

I want to be about 180 to 200lbs. I've always wanted a nice body that I've worked for that shows my dedication and commitment. I don't really have low self esteem, but it would definetely be a booster. I really want to be healthy and eat healthy cause I've seen too many people trash their bodies and we only have one. Ok so i finally joined a gym on sept 12, 2007. Working out at home was fun but i was extremely limited to what i could do with the equipment i had. I found it impossible to lift for just 45 mins. These last two days at the gym i have been there 2 hours each day, doing cardio for 30 then lifting...

Dieting....sucks for cutting. haha! Your looking huge I bet you will be more then happy with whats beneath!!! I thought the same thing but when I was done I was amazed how bigger i looked with being cut!

haha ya u gotta be carefull with the bulking, easy to slip and gain the wrong kinda weight... I focused on diet mostly, got kinda ocd at the beggining but relaxed alot more as time went on. I had everything planned out and written down but now im so used to diet and training I kinda wing it day by day!! Its mos def a lifestyle for me now.

hey buddy. ive been eating like crazy, but healthy. killing the chicken and tuna, also spoiling myself with a fat T-bone as much as possible. ive also been using ISO-MASS extreme gainer weight gainer shake. one in the morning as soon as i role out of bed and one right after my workout. its working out pretty good for me.
