tired of being out of shape,enough is enough.havent gone to the gym lately, been flying a lot of hours, but stiking to cardio when ever i can .
Why I Love It:
feel the need to stay active and see the body transform.
How I Stay Motivated:
my family keeps me motivated and just seeing the transformations of a lot of people in this web.its hard to keep a routine going on when you fly all day long, but as soon i get of the plane i go to my hotel and run for 5 miles just to stretch my self and forget about airports.
