I'm sure I'll enjoy myself when I get the chance to go :) Unfortunately today I pulled my inner right ham string, so I have to take it easy for a week. It's martial arts self-defense, also the gym offers ju-jistu for women that I have to try. What do you think is a good exercise for delts? I want to work on mine.

Talk! Ok, well I'm not from Serbia LOL. My parents were born in Belgrade and I'm a product of NYC. Right now I'm working on grad school for Physician Assistant and I do freelance make-up artistry (including body painting) and try to work out alot :)
