I started adding running into my training program and have slowly started to loose weight. Now I just need to buy new running shoes before I cause myself some damage. I plan on maintaining this running and hopefully my hip won't act up :)
That they are!!!! Awesome news abt your nutrition and training!! Now keep at it and it gets easier every passing day!!! Find things that motivate you and blast it!!!! Ah yes...And try having fun doing it!!!!!

Never been to Serbia before?? That's, like, a sin or something...Be careful tho, many ppl born here(north America) when they go back there get hooked on life style and fun and don't want to come back!!!!! It sure is one big party down there!!!! How's your training?? What kind of self defense you doin??
Now I just came here to finish some things of and close doors behind us(not lock it, tho) and I'm enjoying seeing old friends and Canada in general...Will be back with my family in August.Working out a lot is a good thing!!!
