WORKOUT (3-4 sets per exercise x 6-10 reps)
I do 4-6 exercises per workout, NOT ALL OF THEM.

CHEST DAY (I do at least 2 pressing exercises and 2 fly exercises)

Pressing:
Incline/Flat/Decline Dumbbell Press
Incline/Flat/Decline Bench Press
Dips

Flying:
Incline/Flat Fly
Cable Crossover
Dumbbell Pullover
Butterfly (Pec Deck)

BACK DAY (I do at least 2 pulldown exercises and 2 rowing exercises)

Pulldown:
Weighted Pullup
Pulldown
Straight-arm Pulldown
Dumbbell Pullover
Hammerstrength Machine Pulldown

Rowing:
Barbell Row
Cable Row
T-Bar Row
Hammerstrength Machine Row

SHOULDERS DAY (I do at least 2 pressing exercises and 2 lateral exercises, and I do 1 shrugging exercise)

Pressing:
Seated Dumbbell Military Press
Standing/Seated (Behind the Neck or In Front) Barbell Military Press
Arnold Press

Lateral:
Side Lateral (Dumbbells, Cable, or Machine)

ARMS DAY (really long day, may need some revising)

DIET:
Kashi GoLean Cereal w/ Milk for breakfast
Concrete and Essential AmiN.O. Energy preworkout
WORKOUT
Myofusion postworkout
Barilla Plus/Dreamfields spaghetti (anything that is whole wheat or low glycemic index) for lunch. I also have my multivitamin and fish oil at this time.
Perdue/Weaver Chicken Strips or Tuna for supper
Dinner is pretty much anything goes
Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal w/ Milk before bed

These are just the staples and basis for my diet, but I'll definitely snack on other things as well. The basis is: High Carb and Low Sugar. I try to take in a moderate amount of protein and I don't really care how much fat I take in.

i just swore into the air force yesterday. i took the ASVAB and scored:

i don't know what career i wanna pursue yet (i'm interested in computer science and electronics), so if anyone has any recommendations, let me know.


brb gonna get swole so i can beast the basic training.

sooo. june 16-18, jess, corinne, and bri are going to the poconos. jess invites me to go to the poconos, and says i can invite my friends. i wudn't miss this for the world. june 16th at 5:30, i have a court date cuz i made a crabby left turn and a cop was behind me. they're leaving for the poconos in the morning/early afternoon. i can't drive there cuz my parents don't trust my driving skillz. i invite all my friends, all of them are busy, except for my buddy, chris, who doesn't drive. sooo, in my moment of desperation, i call my mang, gary, my ex-gym partner, to see if he can save mah grass....

new york w/ my bruhs, martha nd josh. we wuz lookin for an apartment for martha who wants to go to cooper union, full ride. first guy seemed alright, an artist and "a consultant," very quiet guy that seemed to keep to himself. josh thot he wuz a gay serial killer. second guy wuz kind of passive aggressive, and very careful. he met us in "Whole Foods," some kinda grocery store slash catering service, and wanted to see martha's proof that she wuz a cooper union student, i guess to verify that she wuzn't a serial killer. at this point, josh had the catering service, and i ate...
