I first started lifting on the Ranch when I did my first stretch. I was really young compared to the other inmates so I got picked on a lot. I started going to the gym to get away, mostly. I made some real progress over time and it wasn't long before I was out-lifting most of the guys on the ranch.
Why I Love It:
Any amount of progress looks good on me. I've always been a little dude so any amount of muscle looks exagerated on my frame. I love the way I look and feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mirror time! lol!
BB Accomplishments:
Every time I work out I get a little stronger. For me, that feels like a major accomplishment.

I started running this morning. My calves are burning! The run was easy, but my legs gave out after a couple of miles. Now I can't walk. I can't wait til tomorrow. I'll do it again. I don't know why, but I keep waking up early and wanting to go for a jog. Crazy, huh. I had to suspend my...
I do 20 sets of 30 push-ups- 2 days in a row, then 10 sets of 20 Squats( with weight) on the 3rd day. I do this twice a week. I take boxing 3 times a week. This includes a lot of stretching, cardio, and heavy bag. I do sparring 1 day a week.
yeah I get lucky once in awhile lol but shes very busy. I could not c the episode bcause I was working...and have been putting in alot of overtime between that and PT been very limited on my time, but it's all good ya know? How have u been m8?

Not alot I talk to Ava Cowan sometimes on 'ere and myspace and I myself am interested in competing in '09 at some point if I get my conditioning right. (And I damn well better ;~D) I'm going to try and catch some shows nxt year how about urself?
