stuwantsmore hey,i know i am not a girl but...my family is all girls so.. its probably just water retention,so nothing to worry about.also try a different protein shake.sometimes whey can have that effect. the whole weight gain or loss thing is a slow process,if you do it right it takes longer,its the best way.keep going,it works,all the best. stuwantsmore hey,sorry for late reply,time difference is an issue. i think if you feel good,workout. personally i prefer to do one day on one off if i can,but work gets in the way. ideally i would like a days rest between workouts,helps with recovery. is it just cardio for you at the moment? KlaarBody Way to go on getting started again! One trick I used to get me started was to tell myself that I only had to go to the gym for 5 minutes, if by the time I was done with my cardio warm up I still felt that i really could not my days excercise I could go home guilt free. Never once did I go home sooner than 30 minutes. My endorfins or somethins always kicked in. Go out and kick some butt! :) Jun 22, 2009 5:15pm
