Keep it up with CrossFit. Do what you can, but push yourself. Don't forget your DIET and SLEEP are just as important as the WOD. Keep me posted.

Haven't had any WOD's repeat yet, so don't know if times are faster. I feel a lot better, much more stable in my core, especially lower back which I've always had trouble with. No longer paying for a gym, so I'm looking for used Oly weights, but I manage to figure out a way to kick my own butt 3 days out of 4. Mend Well!!
