5 rounds Did not keep track of time. Getting back slow but sure. Rt Knee feels wonky, been bothering me for 4-5 days. Rear side of knee feels full of fluid, yet none to be manually felt. Gotta...
I'm kinda on the wagon and off again, OVER and OVER and OVER. I've always made great muscle gains and dropped bodyfat well. I HATE CARDIO, but after my divorce began, I needed something to help keep my head on straight. THE GYM!!! Went five days a week for three months or so. Lifted...
I've heard of it and have actually met with a few of their St.Paul staff, but I've never done any of the work outs. They look fun but very challenging.
thanks heaps for the comment!! I haven't been doing it for a while, but since i haven't done it, i now realise how much i miss it and how good it was for my body...time to hit it hard again i reckon!!
Hey mate, just checkin in, seeing how the crossfit is going... I got the lucky chance to do 2 benchmark "girls of CrossFit" Dianne and Angie... Diane was in the morning then Angie was tonight... Talk about shagged now
Because I never got into it. Plus a lot of people I see that do it have ****ty form. I'm not saying that it's bad, it obviously works, I'm just not into it myself.
Thank you for the add. I am doing well. I fell down (metaphorically speaking) but I am getting back up and my training is getting back on track. I am working on getting enough sleep and my diet, as I know both are holding me back from my goals. I am learning the basics and trying to remember it all. I will get there. It is nice knowing people are out there rooting for you to succeed. You look great and I hope all is going well for you. Thanks again and stay strong.
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for saying that you find me inspirational. It is people like you at Bodybuilding.com that keep me inspired as well as allow me to believe that I can make a difference in people’s lives.
Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
i do do some CF WODs.. in fact, since i've increased my running, i haven't had the time to do traditional weight training, so i've also increased my CF training... :)
Hey hey! Thank you much for the add! I'm always welcome to giving and receiving encouragement:)) How's training going? Looks like you kick major ass in the gym! Great work!
Things are going ok, thanks for asking. My wife is pretty well cleared to let loose in the gym but, she still will have surgery in Nov. I tore a rotator cuff and a bicep tendon. I'm down a little but not out. It sounds like CF is working well for you. I like the toys you've put together for it. Try a water keg one day Don't fill it up all the way it should add some fun to the WOD. Check out Ironmind.com. They've got great ideas and a book called "Dinosaur Training" that might interest you.
