How I Started:
Got my first red vinyl weight set when I was 10. Lifted on and off all through high school. Got more serious in the Army. Got fat and out of shape in college then in 1996 got serious about lifting again.
Why I Love It:
Love the way it makes me feel and look. Always wanted to be HUGE and looking forward to the journey to get there.

I'm right on mark so if I come in right with the prep I should put some fear into the other competitors...hope all is well on your side...fyi, after this show I want to get up to 280lbs, let's see what happens....
yes, sir...it was easy for me though because I ate the same thing every meal and I MEAN the same thing every meal...4 slices of wheat bread, 5oz of chicken, 5.33oz of 93/7 ground beef patty, 2 slices of cheese, and a scoop of whey protein....7 times a day with 1 carb/pro shake after workout
so this would be the breakdown:
I was 240lbs offseason then 207lbs onstage in june 06 2009
I am 263lbs offseason then 225lbs on stage in november 2009
I will be 270 offseason then 232lbs onstage in june 2010...
I think I could be 230lbs but I'll strip 5lbs of muscle if I have to, to stay in the top of my weight class which ends at 225 1/4lbs...
probably bigger...january, 09 I got to 240lbs which was my heaviest at the time, this time around I got to 260lbs and looked ten times better then 240...I'll be aiming for 270 after my november show...and should be onstage for a june 2010 show at around 232...
yeah, I actually hit 263lbs...man, the work it requires to breathe at that weight is ridiculous...i started cutting today, so happy because i feel like death with all this weight...you want to know whats crazy? i count my protein intake, i calculated that i was putting in 740grams/day...was in the bathroom a lot...haha
trust me it's wasn't a breeze...I've wanted to throw up a few times doing it and kept pushing...if you have any questions just send me a message on how I did it...
I hear ya, my weight is creeping back up agin, as long as I can keep the fat low%. I would like to be a solid 245 or 250 in the future, we can all dream a bit...lol...
No comps for me...I lift for sanity and pleasure, and to try to be the best that I can be. You on the hand are one of the BIGS on here. You should definately consider cutting and competing. you have a great physique bet you'd kick major ass!!
