I began bodybuilding quite a few years back (four). As I experienced trauma in my life at 15 (my brother passing away at the age of 17) I went through a hard time trying to find myself. After discovering the weights I found my answer, I also found a healthy way to ventilate stress of any type, built my lost confidence, and began to thrive. Ever since I started lifting, life, every year seemed to get a little easier. I had more confidence even if I had a ****ty day I could just go to the gym. eventually I became addicted back in 2006, I wanted to bodybuild. after gaining 20 pounds in a short period of time is when the addiction started. I started in supplement science and researched that area thoroughly for about 1 year, then moved to the basic training aspect (setting up training splits). After 2 years of going at it myself I decided I wanted to help others reach their goals. So I began researching lifting techniques, a million different exercise samples, and finaly moved onto nutrition and continue to learn about all three.
Why I Love It:
after 4-5 years of trial and error you learn quite a bit. I train in a very hardcore fashion. 0 carbs of refined suger unless im insuline spiking, etc. etc. Since I train in this fashion and reccomend to my clients to train like this transformations are quick and satisfying.
How I Stay Motivated:
The love for transforming and goal reaching in any type of exercising activity/sport. The people I train.
