My buddy showed me this product called tribulus, i thought that it was crazy, he told me it naturaly increases testosterone levels, so i asked him to train me and help me find the right supplements and food, he refused to help since his time was sparse. i decided to go on my own and research anything and everything i could about bodybuilding and nutrition as well as supplementation which i got increasingly interested in. after about 8 months of research and lifting a little here and there i decided to go full blown

How I Stay Motivated:
i always got ruled in the ring when i boxed as featherweight, but soon as i put on that 20 or so pounds then cut i realized how much more effecient i was during a bout
BB Accomplishments:
reached 168 pounds from 120 in 4 months without any AAS, or ph's.

me about a year an half ago at 105 lbs. and 5'8, about 6-7 months ago i was only 10 lbs. heavier

I don't have a clear goal - am so far from a competing shape! I want to keep fit and progress regularly, that's already a good goal for me...

i'm pretty much in the situation that u were in, u said u were 120 two years ago, ya was 121 two weeks ago, but i've just started bulking up and working out, i am now 131 and i need to keep gaining but i want to be lean to, so any further advice you can give would be great bro thanks
