Fit Tip: when doing lateral raises for shoulders make sure to focus on raising your elbow not the weight. I see so many people finish with their hand higher than their elbow, which takes majority of the tension off of the shoulder which is the last thing you want. #tbt to 2011 when I had no clue how to train just go in and throw as much weight around as possible versus now where I rarely go over 35lb Dumbbells for shoulders. Plus I don't have shoulder pain anymore training smart.
