Food for thought: If building muscle was solely about lifting weight every ego lifting tool in the gym would look like Arnold. The human body is built to move weight when necessary, we've all heard of the mom who lifted the car off of their child in a moment of extreme stress. So do you think throwing around 50lb Dumbbells for ten reps is really that taxing on your body to make it grow?? Probably not optimally. Learn how to keep tension on the intended muscle. How to increase cell swelling aka the pump. How to feed your muscles with proper nutrition. Train smart!
