Fit tip: If you wanna build your chest try using exercises that actually focus on the chest! The bench press utilizes more front delt and triceps than actual chest. My top 3 Chest builders are dumbbell flys, dips, and push-ups. You can engage all the fibers of the chest. And get a massive muscle pump and stretch which will get that chest growing.
