Does not seem like it would hurt at all but with the 3 variations of leg raises in a row, my abs are sore already. 10 sit ups 10 leg raises 10 leg raise and crunch 10 leg raise and hip raise 10 knee ins 10 crunches 10 reverse crunches -------3 sets Then I had a post-workout banana and 1/2 cup of almonds :)
