So in 2.5 months I've upped my calories to between 2000 and 2400, I've seen some pretty good gains in muscle in a lot of areas and now I'm sitting at 152.8lbs... I wonder if I add in cardio if I will lean down the product I've created? I don't care about the weight although in 2.5 months that does seem a little high
