40 g of protein - 1.5 cups of quinoa/buckwheat/millet + 1 cup broccoli + about 1 cup of peas + 1/2 cup black beans + 1/2 cup edamame! I'm stuffed now :) Did a little bit of biceps/shoulders, bench and tri bench this morning and after that I had a soy protein shake. Currently at 65 G protein today not too shabby
