Yesterday, I did sprints on the beach - about 20 of them - and at the end of each was a different workout (mainly abs w/ some push-ups, tricep push-ups, etc). Day before that was legs! (Which I'm still sore from, my hamstrings are killing with each movement) So today was arms. ----- EZ curl bar - 30 lbs 5 bicep curls 5 lateral bicep curls 5 barbell upright rows 5 front shoulder press 20 shrugs ------------ 5 sets w/ minute break between Tricep dips until failure within 2 minutes- I got to 30 dips (which I'm not exactly proud of) .. I can usually do about 5-10 bicep curls w/ 20 lb weights now. The EZ-curl bar is a little more difficult for me, I'm not sure why that is! But over all, I'm proud of the way my once-puny biceps and triceps are coming along. When I flex, there's hardly any fat to grab onto. Shoulders are something I'm improving with, the barbell upright rows are challenging yet fun. Definitely one of my favorite shoulder workouts and makes them sore every time!
