Killer session today, you know it was a tough one when you only did it a hour ago and the Doms are already setting in. Focused on quads mostly today as they are my weak point in my leg development so I have been giving them extra attention, it is paying off though they are finally growing! Two killer quad but outs for you to try fitfam. 1st, 3 sets - superset: leg extensions to failure followed by walking lunges for 10 reps per leg (triple dropset) and 2nd, 3 sets - triple dropset sissy squats and body weight lunges until failure
