My fave part of the day is of course the moment I step foot in the gym but in order to get a solid workout in, I have to get about 30g of carbs in the half hour prior. So, I eat one of these babies every afternoon on my drive to the gym... Which makes that time, my 2nd fave part of the day haha. And it sure helped me get through the booty/leg workout tonight. So much so... I hit a new PB and managed 9 reps of 100kg banded hip thrusts!!!
