Morning Run
OVERALL RATING
Waking up this morning a little before 6am I always find it a struggle to put my shoes on and get out the door for an early morning run, with the sun rise. Every reason why I should stay in bed flooded my thoughts. Grabbing a cup of coffee and walking outside the cool light sprinkles hit my face waking me even more. Setting my half drank cup of coffee on my steps I walked out onto the beach where the ocean meets the sand and started my run. My stiff and cold body quickly became liquefied as my arms pumped and my feet moved the sand beneath me. At that moment, I mind became flooded by different thoughts. Remembering how far I've come and the direction I'm headed. Looking back I am so thankful for everyone who has came into my life; regardless how long they stayed. It's crucial that we remember why we start something in the first place, you have to constantly remind yourself and stay the course you started in the first place. Just like a morning run, our life is so short. I want to ask you if our days are numbered, why do we spend so much time hurting others? Why do we spend so much time negatively self-destructing ourselves? And why do we let the days slip by and not take steps to accomplish our goals? I finished my run calm. Thankful & feeling blessed. Today im stronger than I've ever been. With life experiences that causes us to be resilient. #AshleyHorner #BecomingExtraordinary #BestSelf #TeamReebok
