Lower body smash this afternoon at @goodlifehc Chermside! I haven't trained for a couple of days due to a little speed bump (health issue) but feeling well so off to the gym for a quick legs and butt sesh and hit the 80kg hip thrusts again, this time repping to 10! Always love visiting Brissy but flying back home tomorrow and therefore, back to my routine yay!! "Failure and setbacks are ingredients for a great success story."
