Today was an EPIC workout day and now feeling pretty sore but satisfied that I pushed myself and my body to the limit! Round 2 was another 2hr solid session at @goodlifehc Wintergarden, and did shoulders, biceps, triceps, legs and butt!! Love that gym... Every time I'm in Brissy, it's my go-to-gym aka home away from home haha. Absolutely killed the workout to the point that I'm having trouble finishing this post as I have to put my phone down periodically to rest my arms! haha g-night all!! "Ohh, it's the deep burn.
