Having a TOP week so far and feeling more amazing every day! This bikini comp prep has changed my life in many positive ways and I am so freaking proud of how far I've come over the last 16 weeks. I have NEVER been in better shape in my life than I am now, and it's only getting better!!! Leg session this afternoon was intense but loved the challenge and looking forward to getting back there for upper body sesh with ma girls tomorrow! But first it's time to make up the nighttime smoothie with my house mate - we are hooked on it and have it every night haha! - 2 scoops Maxine's Nighttime French Vanilla Protein - 1 banana - 160g frozen mixed berries - 2 handfuls spinach - 1 cup milk - 2 handfuls of ice - a little water (Serves 2) Deeeeeelicious!!!
