Mondays = Lower Body Smash Tonight we did plenty of squats, hip thrusts, DB deadlifts, and a WHOLE lotta of lunges including plyo lunges. Legs and butt are killing now so give it another couple days and I'm sure I'll be in all sorts of trouble haha. Great first session of the week and already looking forward to going back tomorrow!!
