Be curious in the produce aisle! Every week I pick up something I don't recognize. This week I grabbed an opo squash aka calabash. It's kinda like a zucchini and a cucumber. I like to prepare it simply usually roasted, so I can taste the flavor. I also try it raw. This one is nice both ways only 22 calories per cup 5.4g carbs, 1.8g fiber, and .9g protein #macros #healthy #food #fitstartsinthekitchen
