And what a great day it was :D Work was a long but rewarding day. Finished off a few things that I'd been working on for some time so it felt awesome to get them scratched from the to-do list! Saw the physio and she is happy with my progress and has given the go ahead for some resistance band training on the shoulders (yay!!!) And I got to the gym a little later than usual tonight and the quiet time was much appreciated! Hip thrusts, leg presses, ankle weighted triangles and some treadmill booty cardio were the ingredients to a tough but fun workout!! Has been a perfect day and I am so grateful for my health, my friends and family, my job and my lifestyle. This way of living has brought so much joy to my life and I can't imagine going back to how I used to live.
