9 rounds of lunges. Yes you read that right. And that was just the beginning. Then off to single dumbbell squats and ended with circuit of box jumps, skaters, hip thrusts and kick backs. Got er done beasts!!! Sprint intervals to rev that metabolism. Boom!!!
