Morning breakfast, heavy in fats and protein, saving carbs for later in the day. 5 whole eggs cooked in 1.5 tbs coconut oil, 8 oz cottage cheese, 1 avocado mixed with 2 fresh organic garlic cloves, green shake with 8 oz broccoli, 2 oz spinach, and of course a cup of coffee with half and half.
