Navy workouts have definitely changed my workout plan. Instead of weights I've had to focus on endurance, core and push-ups. I have reached goals I never thought I'd ever touch. Learning how to fight fires, jumping off high diving boards, and learning how to be a team in life and death situations. I'm happy to go on leave in two days. I haven't been home in over 2 months. It'll be a good surprise for family and friends. And as soon as I get back I will be getting OC sprayed. :) yay lol
