For those that think I only have Vi Shakes.... You must have a good balance in your diet. I may have a shake at lunch but as long as I eat clean it's ok. You're looking at a 4 egg (two whole eggs) white scramble with turkey spinach and cheese cooked in olive oil. One piece of whole grain toast because you have to have some carbs to fuel your workouts. Here's the key......a tall glass of water in a Green Bay Packers cup! Any other team and the meal is just junk. Haha. Hope this helps someone.
