You gotta feed the body the right macros with this kinda workout! I'm so hungry in shaking....I would have preferred a sweet potato but I'm all out... 6oz grilled chicken (made it in my crock pot) , 1/2 large Russet Potato (6oz), organic salsa and taco seasoning, 1/8 C shredded light cheese and 1tbsp lite sour cream...YUM!
