a bit of a slip today

So, today, I cheated a bit...bagel crust for breakfast (dug out the middle) and smoked pork shoulder for dinner. Still have 70 calories for the day, but the macros suffered a bit. This is one of two days in the past two months that I have let it slide. That said, though for the first time today I am not hungry, I want nothing more than to dive into the leftover pork for dessert. Willpower...need willpower.
