Spicy maple chicken, sweet potato slaw with creamy goat cheese dressing, chive oil and sriracha #recipe #ingredients Sweet potato slaw : -350g yam peeled, raw -150g Granny Smith apple -1 oz walnuts, toasted chopped -1 med. zucchini (200g) -2 tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped Dressing : -2oz goat cheese room temp -1/3 cup apple cider vinegar -1/4 cup walden farms sugar free maple syrup Directions: in a food processor or mandolin grate the sweet potato, apple and zucchini on the largest setting. Add the toasted walnuts and parsley In a separate bowl or jar mix the goat geese, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup. Toss with the slaw ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.
