@tragedyjack7 I'm following this, but in also adding abs in between my sets every day. Standing side and with a plate, declined abs with 25lb weight, hanging abs, oblique twists with 25lb weight over head and bring it down to each side rotating sides (of course keeping core tight) :) and I do about 20-25 between each of my lifts
