Getting to know my body really well, seeing what works for me in order to achieve what I want to achieve! With the help of some fat burners and a mix of 35 min of cardio and about 90 min of weights really has led me from the out of shape guy I used to be to this! I'm proud of my progress but even more proud that it's inspiring those around me!
