OVERALL RATING
MODERATION. Do you think it's necessary to be in the gym for more than an hour every day to be in great shape? NOPE! In this photo I only weight trained three days a week on alternate days Monday, Wednesday and Friday for about 45 minutes each session. I rotated between an upper body workout and a lower body workout. On alternate days I performed high intensity cardio Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for only 20 minutes each session. Sunday I took the day off and enjoyed a few cheat meals. It's about quality not quantity! Keep it simple and enjoy life. It's not necessary to be a slave in the gym grinding hours of boring cardio and weight training all the darn time. Make your weight training workouts count focusing on heavy compound exercises and not isolation exercises. Compound exercises stimulate hormones and your metabolism to grow muscle and burn fat. Go HARDER not longer. And yes nutrition is IMPORTANT. Focus on lean proteins, vegetables, fruit, nuts, and limit your starches. Drink lots of fresh water daily. I aim for at least a gallon a day. Enjoy outdoors and get your vitamin D from the sun and sleep well each night. Balance in life is key everything in MODERATION.
