One of my favs! Buckwheat is an awesome addition to your diet, gluten free despite the name, phytonutrients, help lower cholesterol, antioxidants, lower glycemic etc. It has the same consistency as grits when cooked. Throw in a scoop of @kagedmusclesupps micropure and peanut butter or grass fed butter and youâve got a complete heart healthy meal ?â¤ï¸
