I have traveled to 37 states and 32 countries to include 7 countries in the Middle East & The Mediterranean experiencing some of the best cuisine! I love cooking and pushing the envelope always improving myself! I made Mahshi Waraâ inab (Grape Leaves) using fresh cardamon, cumin, cayenne, spicy paprika, capers, lemon, dill & parsley! I love smashing them in the mortar and smelling the fragrances as they release! Pair with my lemon, basil & cucumber infused greek yogurt dip is like having a burst of cool freshness in your mouth!
