The new week will be week 8 into my #ditchdadbod #holyfitness training regime. I must say it has been a blessing thus far. And remember it has purely only been compound movement exercises with a little isolation exercises after every compound workout. Now, I just want to thank you all for following and supporting me in this journey... what a motivation. Now, there is only 3 more weeks left on this compound movement regime up until Week 12. After that, I will keep you updated on the next workout regime. Progress is becoming a little bit more visible... however, on the next workout plan I will be focusing on the weaker, slow to grow body parts. âBetween me and you, itâs most body parts.â ???
