Stayed tight on bench and weight I failed at at last meet I can now do for reps . For squats Increased reps and sets from 2x2 to 6x6 in last training block. Started working sumo as same weight as conventional . So this past training block I'm calling a success. Deload week with massage. Then on to next training block where we will start adding some badass weights. 3 months til next meet.
