Hammie and glute workout of the day. ?5x 8-10 reps laying leg curls ?5x 8-10 reps seated leg curls ?6x 10-20 reps wide leg press ?4x 8-10 reps Stiff leg deadlifts ?4x 8-10 reps wide stance squats ?4x 8-12 reps goblet squats ?Walking lunges front and back for burnout. Not saying do the same, just what I did.
