The fun part about failing is that it allowed you to try again and learned from the failures. It feels like Iâm still stuck at this weight but at least my back is fixed and pain free. 4 months out in recovery and 2 weeks back in with my trainer. Already starting to feel more physically more steady and starting to get stronger. Itâs going to take time. At least I only gained 10 lbs while I was out but now we are addressing this issue with plant based diet and more refined macros. Starting over. Looking forward to spring.
