I've seen a lot of growth in my legs. I've gained about 10-15 lbs of muscle throughout my journey, and it's harder for me to gain weight in the first place. In the photo on the left, you can see that I'm holding a lot of tension in my flex. The one on the right was taken yesterday and I'm hardly trying at all. Same leggings from then to now. Growth is a beautiful thing! Eat healthy and be consistent. You can still reach your goals on a vegan diet, and your body will thank you in the end. ??
