A little bit of conscious effort each day goes a long way! #keepgoing Life gets busy, work gets stressful, distractions get in the way but as long as you are #TRYING you are doing good! TRY THESE SMALL TRIES: drink water, eat fruits and veggies, get a source of protein in your meals, exercise/stretch for at least 10 minutes a day (everyone has 10 minutes!), take your vitamins/supplements, skip the high sugary & fat filled foods like candy, pastries, sugary drinks, fried foods, etc. DO JUST A LITTLE BIT A DAY TO CREATE HEALTHIER HABITS! Face it, you can't be perfect all the time. One thing a lot of clients do is the #allornothing method where they are perfect for a couple days, make a mistake, and SAY THAT'S IT, THIS ISN'T WORKING, I'M DONE! Don't be the all or nothing person, be the person who keeps trying and adding healthy habits into their daily routine.
