not a bad offseason
OVERALL RATING
Since I guess dec I held back a bit on the frequency of my sessions and got a lot of much needed rest and recovery. I'd been going pretty hard physically and mentally in this for about 2 years straight with out any kind of real break, and I was really starting to feel the wear and tear, hey I'm 42,lol it can have its moments. I more or less ate what I wanted which was still pretty clean I just added more carbs like lots of rice, lol. And I gained 10 lbs in like a month and a half but not all was the good stuff we as bodybuilders want, but I went with it and my body started to adjust so kept going but then after about 4 months I felt crappy and bloated. I went with that and I couldn't do it much longer even if that number on the scale dropped cause really why? So long story sorry but what I'm saying is don't get wrapped up in the scale. I trimmed about 4 lbs and I feel way better and I think I even look heavier now, wierd.
