Like crazy lately! And when you're on a vegan/vegetarian diet it's pretty easy to eat a lot of protein rich foods and still be healthy. BUT, it's usually a struggle with school and making sure, on top of everything else, to eat a lot to increase muscle growth. I don't ever count calories, but instead, I've been focusing on eating a ton of healthy foods and it seems to be working so far!! Feeling good ??
